QOC Secretary General Meets British Counterpart
Doha, February 23 (QNA) - HE Secretary General of Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Saud Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met here Wednesday with visiting Chairman of the British Olympic Committee Lord C. Berkeley Moynihan.
QOC Chief hailed developing Qatar-UK relations, particularly in the sports field, and praised the preparations taken by London to host the 30th Summer Olympic Games 2012.
For his part, Lord Moynihan stressed the importance of exchanging visits between officials of both countries to reflect the shared experience in the fields of sports.
