Vietnam ’s transportation sector will be injected with an estimated investment of 38 trillion VND
Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam ’s transportation sector will be injected with an
estimated investment of 38 trillion VND, the Ministry of Transport (MoT) revealed on
February 22.
Accordingly, the sector will receive 6 trillion VND from the state budget, around
5 trillion VND from advanced capital, 11 trillion VND from government bonds and
the remaining 16 trillion from extra-budgetary resources and Build Operate
Transfer (BOT) projects
The investment for the sector this year is higher than in previous years, the
Ministry of Transport said, adding that it is still not enough to meet the demands
for a more developed transport infrastructure./.
