STATE HEAD WORKS IN BAYANKHONGOR
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Upon finishing his trip in Arkhangai aimag, the President Ts.Elbegdorj arrived February 18 in Bayankhongor aimag which has population of 80 thousand people.
The local authorities have informed that the aimag has started works of great construction, attracting proper investments, increasing job places and other services for people. According to them, the aimag's “Ikh tengeriin khuch” dairy product factory was opened in 2009 with a loan of MNT 72 million in frames of the “Milk” national program, and this company supplies its products to the aimag's kindergartens and schools. The company's director M.Tsogt has said that the factory will be able to increase the production by five times when they introduce the tetra pack technology.
The State Head has got au fait with activities of the “Bugan Khaliun” cow farm which was founded in 2009 with nine cows. Now, it owns 25 cows and produces eight liters milk a day. The farmers have pointed out they plant fodder on own area for the cows, and supply the milk to schools, kindergartens and entities.
The President has underlined that the state will support those people who produce food products and raw materials and increase number of job places.
In frames of his assignment works in the aimag, the President has visited a commercial center named “Bayankhongor”, and then met with the workers in the commercial center and people. The “Bayankhongor” western region's commercial center was established in 2008 with a capital of MNT 2 billion at an initiative of local businessmen.

After getting acquainted with activities of the factory and the commercial center, the President has introduced with works of judges of Bayankhongor aimag.
The general-judge of the aimag Tungalagsaikhan has said that the judges back the President's appeal for cherishing human rights, and transparent and independent works of court. They have told the President about a plan on innovation to be done at the court of the aimag. They reported that the aimag's court installed an information board for the public which reports about judicial trials, newly approved laws, schedules for meeting with judges, and appointed a special person to register proposals from citizens. The court also has started a satisfaction survey.
Ts.Elbegdorj has emphasized an importance of transparency of the court to strengthen the confidence of people, and appreciated the court's measures for the transparent activities.
