President meets with Amran dignitaries, sheikhs

SANA'A, Feb. 19 (Saba)- President
Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Saturday with dignitaries, sheikhs and representatives of
the governorate
of Amran over the current circumstances in the country.
During the meeting, they affirmed for him support to keep stability and security of
the country to come out of the present situation.
In his speech, President thanked support of locals of Amran during the past period
up to now, noting that the outlaw elements are implementing external agendas.
Anyone who wants to reach power, they shall opt for ballot boxes and to get
themselves away from chaos, he said, rejecting disorders, chaos, destruction and
security disturbance.
Saleh also criticized what happened in Aden governorate the past two days which
caused harm to state and private properties, naming the perpetrators as "paid for."
He called
on all to come to dialogue table to put their views as dialogue is the solution.
