AFZ, Saudi Amlak Company sign memo of understanding
ADEN, Aug. 17 ( Saba)- Aden Free Zone (AFZ)and Saudi Amlak Company for real estate development signed on Sunday memo of understanding.
According the memo, signed by Chairman of AFZ Abdul-Jalil Ashuaibi and Director of Amlak company Ahmad al-Kubaisi, the company is to prepare profit study for constructing trade and tourist projects inAFZ's M and C sectors during three months from date of signing.
After signing the memo, Ashuaibi affirmed keenness on providing all facilitations to Arab and foreign investors to set up their investment projects, noting that the AFZ has granted licenses to 30 trade companies and to other 75 ones interested in carrying outprojects in the rest parts of the zone.
Worth mentioning that 115 projects have granted licenses in AFZ in the period January 2000-2008 with investment cost of $ 836, 254million.
