German FM arrives in Tehran
TEHRAN, Feb.20(MNA)-- German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle arrived in Tehran on Saturday night to meet with the Iranian officials.
Westerwelle held a meeting with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Foreign minister Ali Akbar Salehi on regional developments and bilateral ties.
He also talked about the release of the two German journalists who were arrested in October 2010 for trying to interview relatives of Sakineh Ashtiani, a woman convicted of adultery and murder, without having obtained journalistic credentials.
