AFL agent admits to 'dealings' with teen

The teenage girl at the centre of St Kilda's naked picture controversy and AFL player manager Ricky Nixon have gone to ground, after Nixon admitted to "inappropriate dealings" with the 17-year-old.
Nixon, 47, was witnessed by the Herald Sun newspaper leaving the girl's hotel in Melbourne about 7.15am (AEDT) on Tuesday.
The high-profile manager also told the newspaper he had visited the teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, last Sunday and on Monday, which was Valentine's Day.
Nixon denied that he'd had sex with the teen after claims by her that they had an affair, but reportedly admitted taking alcohol to her room.
"In hindsight my dealings with this girl were inappropriate and I regret them," he told the News Ltd paper.
"I won't be seeing her again."
Nixon represents Saints' skipper Nick Riewoldt, one of the players whose naked picture was posted online in December by the girl.
At the time the teenager claimed she had been unfairly treated by the AFL after becoming pregnant as a result of having sex with two St Kilda players.
Nixon hung up on a journalist from the Australian Associated Press when contacted for comment on Saturday, while the teenager did not respond to phone calls.
In an apparent reference to the breaking news of her meetings with Nixon, the teenager tweeted on Saturday night that she was sorry for her actions.
"Shouldn't I be happy about tmrw, I wanted revenge, right?" she said.
"But.. Now I realise.. You mean more to me than ANY headline does.. I'm SO Sorry," she added.
In a possible reference to Nixon she said she was "very worried" for someone.
"Don't make any stupid decisions. You know I love you, you just hurt me too much," she said.
Those comments came after she earlier boasted that she had finally "won".
"It is now officially over. Ultimate Payback, Thankyou HS," she said, in an apparent acknowledgment to the Herald Sun article.
Later she told The Age newspaper that Nixon had not come to her hotel room for "a cup of Milo".
"If we were just going to talk why wouldn't we meet in the cafe?" she said.
In another twist Nixon went to the police station on Thursday night to make a statement about the girl.
It is believed that he alleged to police that the girl stole his credit card details to buy an airfare to New Zealand.
Victoria Police did not identify the girl or Nixon but said there were "a range of matters" under investigation.
Victorian Premier Ted Baillieu said he was sure the AFL had been working overtime on the matter, and other issues.
"I think the AFL have taken some very significant steps in recent years to not only address issues that they face but to also elevate the culture, and I can only say that is a good thing from the AFL's point of view," Mr Baillieu said.
