Cambodians flock to the Thailand Trade Fair in Phnom Penh

PHNOM PENH, Feb 18 (TNA) - Crowds of people continue flocking to the Thailand Trade Fair at Phnom Penh’s Diamond Island Convention and Exhibition Center, on the event’s second day on Friday (Feb 18).
Local Cambodians, investors and entrepreneurs have dismissed any worries over recent tension along the Thai-Cambodian border, as long lines of purchases continue for Thai products at the show on until February 20.
Highlights of the trade fair include a variety of promotional offers from exhibitors, with Thailand's leading agro-industrial and food conglomerate Charoen Pokphand Foods selling chicken eggs, at a discount price of 100 Cambodian riels from the initial 700 riels. (TNA)
