Yemen, UK in talks

LONDON, Feb 17 (Saba) - Yemen's ambassador to Britain Abdullah al
Radhi met on Thursday with the British Secretary of State for Foreign and
Commonwealth
Affairs Alistair Burt. They discussed the bilateral relationship and arrangements
for the next meeting of Friends of Yemen Group planned for March in Saudi capital
Riyadh.
Burt praised democracy in Yemen, saying Britain supports freedom of expression in
the country and its unity and stability. The coming meeting of Yemen's Friends will
go as
Yemen hopes because it should reiterate and affirm support to help the country face
challenges, he added. FR
