Baghdad (NINA) – Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki affirmed that the government will not allow demonstrations without obtainng prior permission.
In a press conference held on Thursday, Maliki said that the government is not against demonstrations or freedom of expression, but it is against destruction and putting public properties on fire, as it has happened in Kut on Wednesday and today in Thi-Qar.
