ENGLISH PUPILS VISIT EMBASSY OF MONGOLIA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Headmaster of the Parkhouse high school in West Berkshire of England Mr. Derek Peaple, and its three teachers and eight pupils have visited the Embassy of Mongolia to the UK.
The Parkhouse school has ties with the secondary school No 74 of Ulaanbaatar which where State Honored Sportsman and Olympic champion E.Badar-Uugan studied. The ties between the schools have been established in frames of the "World Olympic Dream" project co-implemented by the British Council and the BBC.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the UK B.Altangerel have received the school's pupils, and then told them that the pupils have a good fortune to carry on the Mongolia-British relations. He has added the Mongolian Embassy to the UK attaches a great importance to forwarding the inter-citizenship relations because it provides the relations and cooperation with more contents and makes it closer. He has expressed a confidence that the ties of schools of the countries will continue for a long time.
During the visit of British pupils to the Embassy, the two schools have held an online meeting. They have shared views on measures to be taken in their schools, and then agreed to regularly organize such kind of online meetings.
