YemenMobile realized more than YR 8 bln profit in 2007
2007 at YR 8 billion which would be distributed to the shareholdersof the company, board chairman of the company said on Saturday.
Ali Nasari told Saba that the net profit was YR 9.3 billionincluding eight billion that will distributed to the shareholders.
He attributed this profit due to policy of promotion adopted by the company, saying that the company concerns to response to the commitments towards its shareholders and subscribers to enhanceconfidence.
Nasari said that the company would develop its services by shaft from CDMA to the third generation of telecommunication systemEVDO.
Due to increase of subscribers, the company worked to extendits station up to 500 stations across the country, he said.
He made it clear that the number of the YemenMobile subscribers reached 800,000 subscribers until the end of the second half of2008.
