Curfew imposed on Kut
Kut (NINA) – Security authorities imposed a curfew, starting today, Wednesday, Feb. 16, on the city of Kut capital of Wasit Province until further notice, in response to the demonstrations witnessed in the day.
Earlier in the day, demonstrators put the building of Wasit Provincial Council on fire, as well as parts of the Governorate building in protest of bad services and unemployment.
