STATE HEAD'S ADVISOR MEES MRS. LINDBERG
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Senior advisor to the State Head P.Tsagaan met Wednesday Mrs. Melony C. Lindberg, the country director of the Asia Foundation of the USA for Mongolia.
During the meeting, Mrs. Lindberg has introduced to P.Tsagaan a report on proposals and recommendations of a U.S famous lawyer Samuel Conti to a draft package law on court of Mongolia. Mr. Conti has worked out these proposals and recommendations based on conclusions from the draft initiators as well as scholars and researchers who attended a related consultation held in the Civil Hall.
By the way, a working group for drawing up the draft package law will meet in near future to consider the report of Mr. Conti.
