AZERBAIJANI DEPUTY TRANSPORT MINISTER NEGOTIATE ROAD NETWORK DEVELOPMENT
Baku, 16 AUGUST,(AzerTAj)Deputy Transport Minister of Azerbaijan Musa Panahov met with Asian Development Bank representatives to discuss draft loan agreement Panahov told of the multitranche financing facility for the Road Network Development Program signed on August 8, 2007.
The project envisages rehabilitation of the East-West highway (from Baku to Georgian border) – 39 km-long 2-late Ganja circumferential road. The project cost is estimated at $73.9 million, of which 18.5 million will be covered by the Azerbaijangovernment.
The parties inked the respective protocol on the results of talks.
