Saleh receives letter from Sudanese counterpart

SANA'A, Feb. 13 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here on Sunday a letter from Sudanese counterpart Omar Hassan
al-Bashir.
The letter was delivered to President Saleh by Sudanese Minister of Guidance and Endowments Azhari al-Tegani.
It toughed upon the last developments in the Arab region, topped by the situation in Sudan in light of the results of the referendum taken place in Southern Sudan.
The letter dealt with the cooperation relations between Yemen and Sudan and ways of strengthening them in various areas.
In the letter, al-Bashir also commended the Yemeni stances on supporting the Sudan's security and stability, particularly the attitude President Saleh announced during the
extraordinary Arab summit held in Libyan city of Sert.
In return, President Saleh renewed Yemen's solidarity with the Sudanese people and all what maintains its security and stability.
