Turkey's foreign minister meets Adjara's prime minister
BATUMI, Feb. 11 (A.A)- Turkey's foreign minister met chairman of the government of Adjara Autonomous Region on Friday.
Ahmet Davutoglu came together with Levan Varshalomidze and other Georgian executives in Batumi, Georgia.
During the meeting, Davutoglu discussed problems of Turkish companies, situation of Turkish citizens kept under detention in Georgia, and cultural heritage to be restored.
Davutoglu also met Batumi Mufti Cemal Paksadze and visited a high school in Batumi.
Batumi is the first stop of Davutoglu in his two-day visit to Georgia. After visiting Batumi, Davutoglu will proceed to the Georgian capital of Tbilisi to meet President Mikhail Saakashvili and his Georgian counterpart Grigol Vashadze.
