RUSSIA'S NEW CONSUL APPOINTED IN DARKHAN
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Russian Federation has appointed Mr. I.S.Mastika as General Consul of Russia to Darkhan city of Mongolia.
One of the highly experienced diplomats of Russia Mr. Mastika worked in the Russia's Embassy in Mongolia in 1984 as the third secretary. He is to replace a senior diplomat and the former general consul Mr. A.I.Lavrov who returned home in December of the previous year.
