Ministry of Electricity calls on Norwegian companies to contribute in power sector reconstruction
Baghdad (NINA) – Ministry of Electricity called on the Norwegian companies to invest in Iraq.
In a statement issued by the ministry "inspector general of the ministry, Alaa Muhiddine, met with Norwegian ambassador in Iraq Peter Olberg.
The Norwegian ambassador said this meeting was conducted to discuss projects of converting oil energy to electricity energy, adding, that a major cooperation between both countries will be carried out in this field as his country has a great experience in this field and that the Norwegian companies are already existing in Iraq for investments in the north and south.
