ABOUT MILITARY ALTERNATIVE SERVICE
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Instead of serving in the Army forces, a man is allowed to pay two million 632 thousand 770 as an altenative to it service in 2011.
A maximum number of such men has been approved as well. Last year, some men performed this type of military service in National Emergency management agency's units, sections, rescue teams, aid forces of frontier troops, and humanitarian organizations, or took part in actions reflected in the Government's programme such as construction in provinces, prevention or fight againts human and animal highly infectious diseases, nature rehabilitation, anti-desertification measures, afforestation.
