Central Coast-bound goalkeeper Justin Pasfield looks to have played his last A-League match for North Queensland Fury after copping a two-week suspension for a back-play incident against the Brisbane

(AAP) - Central Coast-bound goalkeeper Justin Pasfield looks to have played his last A-League match for North Queensland Fury after copping a two-week suspension for a back-play incident against the Brisbane Roar on Tuesday night.
Pasfield escaped punishment for stomping on Roar striker Kosta Barbarouses early in the second half of the 2-1 loss to the Roar but the incident wasn't missed by the A-League's match review panel.
The Fury have the power to appeal the two-match sentence but the last-placed club is unlikely to refer the matter to a hearing by the FFA Disciplinary Committee.
A foundation North Queensland player, Pasfield will join the Mariners next season.
The embattled Fury, whose future is in grave doubt, play the Phoenix in Wellington this weekend in what could be the club's final match.
In a further blow, it was announced Fury assistant coach Stuart McLaren would quit the Townsville club at the end of the season to return home to Scotland. He cited family reasons.
