Parliament's technical assistance project arrangements reviewed
SANA'A, Feb. 08 (Saba) - Yemen and European Union reviewed here on Tuesday the final arrangements to implement a technical assistance project for the Parliament.
This came in a meeting gathered Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohamed al-Shadadi with director of means to achieve stability program at the European Union Mission in Sana'a Silke Nicolai and Head of the Project Jawad Rashq.
The project aims to boost up the parliament performance through training the parliament's technical and administrative cadres and building parliamentarians' capacities.
Al-Shadadi affirmed the importance to pinpoint a timeframe to carry out all EU-funded projects and programs, expressing the Parliament's readiness to present all facilities to implement the projects.
For her part, Nicolai expressed her appreciation to the efforts of the Deputy Speaker to tackle all difficulties, affirming that the project would be implemented in accordance with the set timetable.
