Beirut (IRNA) – Lebanon's Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah on Monday denied any involvement of Hezbollah, Palestine's Hamas and Iran in the recent popular uprising in Egypt.
Seyyed Nasrallah made the remark at a gathering of Lebanese political groups and national parties while voicing support for the people of Egypt.

'We have gathered here with a clear goal to show our solidarity and support for the Egyptian youth as we voiced our support for the people of Tunisia,' he added.

Seyyed Nasrallah said that Hezbollah has a bad memory of the Egyptian regime.

'One of Hezbollah members was arrested while he was cooperating with several Egyptian and Palestinian people to help the people of Gaza,' he said.
