Clinton's Turkey visit postponed
WASHINGTON, D.C. (A.A) - A senior diplomat from the U.S. State Department has confirmed that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton postponed a visit to Turkey planned for early next week.
Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the U.S. official told the Anadolu Agency Monday that Clinton was set to return to her country after participating in a Munich security conference on February 4 to 6.
The U.S. official said any future visit to Turkey by the state secretary would be announced at an appropriate time.
