Larijani discusses issues of interest with Kuwaiti counterpart
Abu Dhabi, Jan 19, IRNA – Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani, who is in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to attend extraordinary meeting of Islamic inter-parliamentary session, discussed issues of mutual interest with his Kuwaiti counterpart on Tuesday evening.
In the meeting with Jassem Mohammad Abdulmohsen, the two sides underlined strengthening bilateral relations, especially parliamentary ties.
The two sides also discussed the issue of the extraordinary meeting.
The meeting will open on Wednesday morning with the speech of UAE Parliament Speaker Abdul Aziz Abdullah al-Ghurair.
Issues of Islamic world will be discussed in the one-day meeting.
Larijani also attended the dinner banquet of the UAE parliament Speaker on Tuesday evening./end
