Ahani: Iran ready to help resolve Balkan problems
Belgrade, Jan 19, IRNA – Deputy Foreign Minister in European Affairs in a gathering of Iran-Serbia parliamentary friendship group expressed Iran's readiness to help resolve problems and strengthen stability in the Balkan region.
Ali Ahani, in a meeting with a number of parliamentary friendship group here on Tuesday evening, discussed bilateral ties and the latest world and regional developments.
In the meeting, the group underlined importance of expanding cooperation in all fields and expressed Serbian parliament readiness to help the issue.
The group, by expressing their viewpoints on regional and international developments, underlined Iran's right to enjoy its peaceful nuclear knowledge.
Ahani also explained Iran's policies in international arena and called discriminatory propaganda policy against Iran a 'mistake' and criticized it./end
