Defense Minister meets Russian ambassador

SANA'A, Jan.13(Saba)- Minister of Defense
Brig. Gen. Mohammad Nasser Ahmad met here on Wednesday with Russian ambassador to
Yemen
Sergei Kozlov.
During the meeting, Ahmed handed the Russian ambassador a letter from President Ali
Abdullah Saleh to his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev.
In the meeting, Ahmed and Kozlov discussed a number of issues relating to the
development of bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries.
The Russian ambassador expressed his great satisfaction from the growing
development witnessed by the Yemeni-Russian relations in various areas.
He confirmed his country's keenness to develop these relations and to support
Yemen's unity, security and stability.
