Slovenian FM: Iran, key partner for Slovenia
Tehran, Jan 12, IRNA – Slovenian Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar, by referring to importance of Iran-Slovenia economic relations, said that Iran is an important partner for his country.
According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department on Tuesday, Zbogar in a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Slovenia Mohammad Rahim Aqaeipour, expressed pleasure with opening Iran embassy in his country and called it a move to promote bilateral cooperation in different fields.
He added that although mutual exchanges are low now, there are possibilities to expand economic cooperation between the two countries.
Underlining importance of political dialog between the two countries, the foreign minister said that, by residing an ambassador here, we can actively continue our dialog on issues of mutual interest and we can plan for visits of both countries officials in this year./end
