Saudi Medical Team conducts 6 Cochlear Implants in Kuwait

Riyadh, August 12, SPA -- A visiting Saudi Medical team led by ENT
Consultant DR Khalid Moahmmed Taibah conducted six cochlear Implant
surgeries on Kuwaiti children at Salim Al-Ali Center for Hearing and
Speech Therapy in Kuwait.

In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, Dr Taibah said the Medical
team conducted 4 operations on deaf children in Kuwait in addition to
2 surgeries conducted yesterday with the participation of Hearing
Specialist Areej Al-owfi.

He reiterated that all operations conducted so far turned out to be
successful and had been carried out in a very short time exceeding
only one hour and 30 minutes.
