CITY HEAD CALLS MEETING

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A Mayor of Ulaanbaatar, G.Monkhbayar has initiated a consultative meeting themed "Execution and results of 2010 investments, goals and policy of 2011".
Various works are to be run this year in the city such as trees and garden planting and enhancing, nature protecting and rehabilitating. To finance them, the city will give 79 billion togrog, the Road fund--9,4 billion, other money will comr from current expence. Other money, even bigger, are to come from state and Ministers' packages and the last year' budget surplus--some 236 billion 3 million togrog.
The Mayor has said that despite some failures and mistakes, the last year may boast great works. "This year gives us more opportunities to create. Our work must be simple, understandable, precise, and open for people," he has underlined adding that 2011 has been launched with determining steps of the great construction and providing labour safety.
