Turkey studies establishing industrial zone in Yemen - Gul says

SANA'A, Jan. 10 (Saba) - Turkish President Abdullah Gul has said that Turkey is considering seriously putting up an inclusive industrial zone in Yemen.

In an interview made with Yemen TV channel and 26 September newspaper, President
Gul said that his country is also studying establishing a vocational school in
Yemen, adding
that Turkish delegation is to visit Yemen to get acquainted with the investment
opportunities in Yemen.
"The aim of the visit along with a large delegation of businesspeople is to send a
massage to the world on how good is the investment environment in Yemen" Gul said,
adding
that any businessman can come to Yemen and work adequately.
There is a political will in the two countries to improve the distinctive bilateral
relations, the president said, making clear that a number of issues will be
discussed
during the visit, topped by encouraging investments, economic and scientific
cooperation as well as the Turkish aid to Yemen.
"Turkey wished all the progress to Yemen. It stands with Yemen's unity, stability,
and security" Gul said.
We should work shoulder to shoulder to assist in developing Yemen and its
capacities that are significant to the whole region, he said.
