Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Chairs Cabinet's Session

SPA - The Cabinet approved an agreement between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on the application of safeguards in the framework of the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty as well as the attached Protocol signed in Vienna on 16/06/2005.

The cabinet approved the Kingdom's accession to the Customs
Convention on Containers concluded in Geneva in 1972.

The cabinet reviewed the follow-up report submitted by the Ministry
of Economy and Planning on the work progress in implementing projects
of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs financed by the budget
income surplus for the fiscal years 1424/1425H., 1425/1426H., and
1426/1427H. The number of these projects is 1501, spread throughout
the Kingdom's regions. The Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques
directed to follow-up and complete these projects.
