Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Chairs Cabinet's Session

The cabinet authorized the President of the General Authority of
Civil Aviation -or his deputy- to sign a draft agreement on air
services between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of
Uzbekistan.

The cabinet approved a request of the National Commission for
Wildlife Conservation and Development to amend article (VI) of
Endangered Species Trafficking System issued by the Royal Decree No.
(M/9) dated 06/03/1421H. The article shall be read as follows:

"In coordination with the Ministry of Interior, the commission shall
undertake the tasks of inspection and seizure of any violations of
the provisions of this system. The Board of Directors shall identify
the names of inspectors concerned with this task as well as the
procedures for search and seizure."

The cabinet authorized the Minister of Interior -or his deputy- to
discuss with the Iraqi side a draft agreement for cooperation between
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq in the field of
the transfer of persons sentenced to penalties involving deprivation
of liberty; and sign it.
