VICE MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS MEETS HIS COUNTERPART
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Accompanying the Prime Minister S.Batbold who is paying an official visit to Kuwait, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Bolor met Wednesday Khalid Al-Jarallah, an Under Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait. They have exchanged views on the bilateral relations and cooperation.
At the meeting, Mr. Bolor has noted that the Mongolia and Kuwait friendly relations cooperation have been widening last years, and then expressed gratitude to the Kuwaiti side for granting loans for several projects on building autoraods and power station, and for realizing joint projects. Mr. Bolor has affirmed that Mongolia has an aspiration to widen and strengthen the friendly relations with Kuwait. He has said that Mongolia wants to develop the bilateral cooperation in the economic sphere, and to increase investments to be from Kuwait to Mongolia. Mr. Bolor has expressed thanks to the government of Kuwait and the Foreign Ministry of Foreign Affairs for comprehensive support to successfully organize the official visit of the Mongolian Premier.
In his turn, Mr. Khalid Al-Jarallah has mentioned about his visit to Mongolia accompanying the Kuwait's Emir in 2007 and emphasized the bilateral relations and cooperation have activated since this visit. He has noted opening the embassies in the both countries is an expression of a high sphere of the bilateral relations.
Mr. Khalid Al-Jarallah has underlined Kuwait is attaching a great importance to widen the friendly relations and cooperation with Mongolia in economic sector, and then expressed a confidence that the Mongolia-Kuwait business forum will play an important role in sharing information and developing collaboration between Mongolian and Kuwaiti businessmen.
The sides also shared views on opportunities to collaborate in other mutually-beneficial spheres and on international matters.
