ABOUT PROFICIENCY TEST FOR PROSECUTORS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Prosecutorial Professional Council has started a proficiency test of prosecutorial activities and profession among rural and tre city's prosecutors. It has been done due to a directive approved by the State Prosecutor-General D.Dorligjav. This test is conducted based on the law on prosecutorial organizations.
The test was conducted December 21-29 in the prosecutorial organizations of Dornod, Omnogobi, Arkhangai, Darkhan-Uul and Selenge aimags. Some 130 prosecutors of Ulaanbaatar and its districts are expected to be "tested" soon.
During the test, the exam experts meet with every prosecutor to conclude his/her work's quality and to hear opinions. Then they determine measures to refine upon activities of prosecutorial organizations and make them more open and transparent for the public.
