Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ At the cabinet meeting held Monday a Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Bolor was given a right to sign a Mongolia-Kuwait intergovernmental programme on 2011-2013 cooperation in culture, information, education and sciences.
Another right has been given to him to ink a Mongolia-United Arab Emirates inter-governmental agreement on cooperation in education, culture and sciences.
Within the first program, a number of the Mongolian students to study in this country might be widened up to five, and a collaboration will be activated in spheres of culture, education and sciences in 2011-2013.
