CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The cabinet members have got acquainted with results of works done in frames of the Year of Innovation of Business Environment. Many works have been run to facilitate business activities, service of registration of property rights, tax payment and external trade, to reduce procedures of signing documents for construction, to improve condition of taking loans, to protect investors and to improve the implementation of business contracts.
The cabinet has made a decision to construct a new building for the National Center of Blood Transfusion and provide it with the latest facilities, to establish blood transfusion centers in Khovd, Ovorkhangai, Orkhon and Dornod aimags, to prepare four specialists, and to provide the blood banks in Sukhbaatar, Dornod, Khentii, Dundgobi, Tov and Darkhan-Uul aimags with basic equipment. The Health Minister S.Lambaa and Minister of Finance have been ordered to place the necessary capital in the budgets of 2011-2012.
The government has considered as necessary to establish an inter-governmental agreement between Mongolia and Kuwait on cooperation in veterinary and quarantine sector. It is expected that the Premier of Mongolia S.Batbold will sign this agreement when he pays an official visit to the country in January 2011.
In accordance with related law and contract, the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) will own a new building, constructed with a non-refundable aid from the People's Republic of China.
