Kyrgyz govt intends to find persons guilty of mass disorder in Osh.

MOSCOW, December 29 (Itar-Tass) - Kyrgyzstan's government intends to find all those who are guilty of organising mass disorders in the Osh region, Kyrgyz Prime Minister Almazbek Atambayev said.

In an interview with the Voice of Russia radio station on Wednesday,
Atambayev said, "This is a very difficult problem. Unfortunately, similar
events happened in the Osh region 20 years ago and 30 years ago before
that. This happens regularly in our republic. I believe that the key task
is to take a close look at this. It is necessary to find persons who are
guilty of mass disorders and punish them, and clarify the deepest reasons
for why it happens in the country."
"I believe that we will deal with this matter with assistance by such
our partners as Russia. Nationalists and terrorists are trouble for any
county. Today they are blowing up in one country and tomorrow they will
fire in their country. On drug trafficking, of course, we've reiterated
that it is necessary to solve this problem jointly. Drugs came to Russia
through Central Asian republics. And we'll solve this problem jointly
because this is common trouble," the Kyrgyz prime minister said.
Speaking about the priority tasks of the Kyrgyz government, Atambayev
said, "Stability in the country is indispensable to keep warm at home, to
walk around without fear and to have job."
