Vahidi: Iran to launch two satellites this year
Tehran, Dec 26, IRNA – Minister of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi said on Saturday that the Islamic Republic is to launch two satellites named Fajr and Rasad by the Iranian year end.
Speaking to reporters, Vahidi said that the country has managed to build various satellites but two of them will be launched by the end of the year, he said.
These two satellites differ from their previous generations and can stay longer in the outer space, said the minister./end
