China president to pay state visit to USA in Jan 2011.

BEIJING, December 23 (Itar-Tass) -- China hopes that a visit of
Chinese President Hu Jintao to the United States will serve the
intensification of cooperation between the countries in all fields,
spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry Jiang Yu said here on
Thursday.
"Chinese President Hu Jintao will make a state visit to the United
States at the invitation of Barack Obama in January next year," the
diplomat said. Jiang Yu attracted attention to the importance of this
visit and expressed the hope that it "will serve the intensification of
cooperation and development of Chinese-American relations in all fields."
At the same time, the diplomat didn't confirm the information that the
visit will be held on January 19, saying that its details and content is
at the stage of coordination between the sides now.
