Perth man charged over wife's death

A Perth man has appeared in court charged over the death of his estranged wife whose
body was found in an inner suburban flat two weeks after she went missing.
Bradley Wayne Jones, 34, made a brief appearance in the Perth Magistrates Court on
Friday charged with causing grievous bodily harm to 31-year-old Saori Jones.
Police said charges could be upgraded following a post-mortem examination of the
body of Ms Jones, who was the mother of two children aged four and nine.
Police found her body on Thursday afternoon in a flat in the suburb of Yokine after
she had been reported missing since December 7.
Jones, who was separated from his wife, was remanded in custody and is due to
reappear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on January 12.
