Interior Minister receives message from Moscow State University

Jeddah, August 09, SPA -- Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Interior
Minister, has received a message from Moscow State University (MSU)
Rector Viktor Antonovich Sadovnichy on the occasion of the graduation
of the 10th batch of students and scholars from the Department of
Islamic Studies, MSU, which is supported by Prince Naif bin
Abdulaziz.

The Rector said that more than 2,000 researchers graduated from this
department. Some of them delivered lectures at MSU and other higher
institutes in Moscow. This department is a scientific and educational
institution that continues to revive the best traditions of Russian
Academic Islamic Studies, the Rector added.

Sadovnichy thanked Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz for supporting and
sponsoring this department, considering it a source of developing
relations as well as cultural and intellectual communication between
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Russia.
