Thailand and Vietnam strongly develop ties

Hanoi (VNA)- The friendly and cooperative ties between Thailand and Vietnam have developed strongly, especially in politics and diplomacy.

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung made the statement while receiving outgoing Thai
Ambassador to Vietnam Pisanu Chanvitan in Hanoi on Dec. 21.

PM Dung also praised the ambassador’s active contributions to the promotion of
close cooperation in all areas between the two countries. He said he hoped the
ambassador would continue his contributions to developing bilateral ties in any
future position.

Ambassador Pisanu Chanvitan said Thailand wishes to receive continued support and
close cooperation with Vietnam at all levels.-Enditem
