PREMIER TO VISIT RUSSIA

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister of Mongolia S.Batbold will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation (RF) December 13-16 at invitation of the Russian Premier V.V.Putin.
During the upcoming visit, the Premier will meet with his counterpart of Russia V.V.Putin; S.M.Mironov, a chairman of the Council of Federation of the RF's Federal Assembly; B.V.Gryzlov, a chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State; I.Ye.Levitin, a head of the Russia-Mongolia inter-governmental commission for the Russian side; and other high officials. S.Batbold will sign some documents such as an inter-governmental agreement on regulation of financial obligation for Mongolia to Russia, an agreement on principal terms for establishment of the "Dornod-Uran" joint factory, an inter-governmental agreement on co-protecting intellectual property made in results of the military cooperation, and a plan for the regional and boundary collaboration in 2012.
The sides will consider issues on the bilateral relations and cooperation in spheres of trade, economics, infrastructure and investment in accordance with the ideology of the joint declaration on development of the Mongolia-Russia strategic partnership.
As intensive development of the bilateral commercial and economic cooperation, the size of the trade turnover reached USD 907 million by the first half of this year.
The sides expected that the official visit of the Mongolia's Premier has a great importance to forward the Mongolia-Russia strategic partnership relations and the cooperation in all sectors.
