DRAFT LAW GIVES LEGAL ENVIRONMENT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ At the cabinet meeting on Wednesday addressed was an issue of amending certain laws in connection with the draft law on transparency of information and rights and freedom of citizens to obtain it.
The Cabinet supported its draft and decided to reflect in Ministers' proposals and to submit to parliament for consideration.
The Act would give a legal environment to ensure transparency in the state activity, as well as rights and freedoms to citizens to obtain the information.
It has been developed in the framework of the “Year of Support the reform in business environment” announced by the Government.
