CABINET APPROVED ACTION PLAN
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ At its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Cabinet approved an action plan for implementing the program "National Network of Emergency" and entrusted a Minister of Health and a leadership of the National development and reform Committee its implementation across the country.
The funds required for budgeting this purpose will be reflected starting from 2011 in the draft Guidelines for the socio-economic development of each fiscal year. In addition, heads of branchs of some Ministries and a leadership of the institutions are entrusted to attract private investors and financial sources through loans and aid from donor-countries and international organizations.
The program has been designed to create effective structure and organization of the ambulance services, to improve its management, run technical upgrading, enhance a capacity of workers of this sector, to form a unified system that promotes closer to international level.
The programs will be implemented in two phases between 2010 and 2016.
