Official terms Geneva talks as positive, progressing

Geneva, Dec 7, IRNA – An Iranian Supreme National Security Council official has described the ongoing talks in Geneva between Iran and the G5+1 as positive and progressing.
Aboulfazl Zohrevand, who is a member of Iran's negotiating team in the talks, said the two rounds of talks held on Monday were assessed as positive by all participating delegates.
He said the third round of talks to be held on Tuesday will concentrate on the framework for the future negotiations.
The SNSC deputy for media affairs further noted that the issue of nuclear activities in three aspects of non-proliferation, disarmament and peaceful activities will also be discussed within the same framework.
During the Monday sessions, he added, Iran emphasized the point that its right to nuclear activities was not negotiable./end
