DEMOCRATIC PARTY FACTION DEBATES DRAFT AGREEMENTS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ At its meeting on Monday, a parliamentary faction of the Democratic Party (DemParty) debated and then supported a draft agreement on the additional credit provided under the Project for the development of regional transport infrastructure to improve a food security of Ulaanbaatar.
This agreement is concluded between the Government of Mongolia and the German Bank for Reconstruction and Credit. In the Loan Agreement, the provision is provided for soft loans amounting to some seven million euros. These funds have been planned for a paved road between state farms of Bornuur and Partizan.
A support has been also given to a draft financial agreement on the project for development of regional logistics center, which will be concluded between the Government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank / ADB/. During discussing it, the members of the faction stressed a need for a center to pass vehicles at a checkpoint Zamiin-Uud in the short term.
