5 al-Qaeda elements surrender themselves to Yemeni authorities

(Saba) - Local sources in Abyan province have affirmed that five al-Qaeda suspects
surrendered
themselves last Thursday to Abyan governor Ahmed al-Maisari.
The sources made it clear that the al-Qaeda suspects were from Abyan province.
In November, 14 al-Qaeda elements have surrendered themselves to the security
authorities in Abyan.
