BRIEF FROM PLENARY SESSION OF PARLIAMENT

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The plenary session of parliament on Thursday voted 85.7 percent for continuing a consideration of a draft on regulation on amending the Constitution.
This draft law legitimizes cases when a need arise to make necessary changes in the Constitution and protects it. To develop the bill within one year stint has worked a group headed by the Hero of Labor, a lawyer B.Chimid.
The same day, parliament conducted a first reading of bills on amending the laws on natural vegetation and on payment for use of plant resources. The MPs found out exactly what work has been done in the genetic pool of plants.
After the "question-answer" process they decided to send the draft to related Standing Committee for preparation for the second reading.
